Emphasis is placed on wellness, which considers the emotional, mental, spiritual, social and physical aspects of life. You will learn to deconstruct what is not working for you. This will give you the opportunity to reconstruct your life in a way that is best for you. When you become conscious of what it is that you are not, who you are will surface and become a way of life.
Knowself Services uses an eclectic, inclusive, multi-faith, non-denominational spiritual counselling approach. Resources and information on mindfulness meditation (present moment awareness) and other types of meditation are combined with traditional clinical therapy techniques.
