Knowself Services offers Personal Transformation Coaching for people just like you. Your coach will really listen to you and will give you honest feedback. With the use of inquiry, mentoring, reflection and discussion clients are provided with a confidential, respectful place to be held accountable to themselves.
Coaching is available in-office, by telephone and by email.
Off-site travel to meet with clients may also be available.
